     ORDER & REASONS FOR ORDER

[1]      On December 10, 1998, the Court ordered that Mr. Klimchuk shall pay a fine of

$10,000.00 within 90 days failing which he was to be imprisoned for 30 days.

[2]      At a subsequent meeting with the parties, I indicated that if the judgment on the merits was

complied with by the defendants to the satisfaction of the plaintiff, I would consider varying my

sentence concerning Mr. Klimchuk.

[3]      By letter dated December 9, 1999, I was informed that the plaintiff is satisfied that the

judgment on the merits has been complied with by the defendants.

so that the fine to be paid by Mr. Klimchuk is $1.00.
