[1]                Further to the orders of this Court dated August 22 and October 24, 2005, with regard to the sale of the vessel "LUMAC 1", the Sheriff filed on November 4, 2005 his bill of costs.


[2]                Having examined the evidence and the materials submitted, and considering that default judgment has been rendered in this matter against the defendants on November 16, the Sheriff's costs are awarded as claimed. A certificate in the amount of $12,622.44 is issued.
