[1] This judicial review application was dismissed with costs on October 17, 2002. Counsel for the respondent filed the bill of costs on September 25, 2003, together with a request for an assessment without personal appearance by the parties.
[2] A timetable was set for parties to file written submissions; the applicant had until October 17, 2003 to do so. None have been received to date.
[3] Counsel fees for items 2, 13, 14, 25 and 26 are reasonable and are allowed in the amount of $1,430.00. Disbursements incurred to obtain a transcript, to photocopy documents and for courier services are supported by evidence and allowed in the amount of $646.10. A certificate of assessment will issued in the amount of $2,241.10.
