THE ESTATE OF THE LATE LAWRENCE CORRIVEAU

BENOÎT PROULX
Garnishee/APPELLANT
REASONS FOR ORDER
NADON J.A.
[1] The appellant is asking this Court to stay the order made April 25, 2003, by Mr. Justice Noël of the Trial Division.
[2] In my opinion, there is no reason to allow the appellant's motion. Although the respondent concedes that the appeal raises a serious issue, the appellant has offered no evidence showing that a refusal to stay the order of Noël J. would cause him irreparable harm.
[3] Consequently, the motion will be dismissed with costs.
