[1] Despite Mr. Richard's excellent argument, the Court was not persuaded that the Tax Court of Canada Deputy Judge erred when he upheld the Minister's decision that the plaintiff did not hold insurable employment within the meaning of the Unemployment Insurance Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. U-1, and the Employment Insurance Act, S.C. 1996, c. 23, for each of the periods at issue.
[2] The application for judicial review will be dismissed with costs.
