[1]                The applicant has failed to satisfy us that the Tax Court Judge committed any error of fact or of law in reaching the decision that his employment was excluded from insurable employment pursuant to subsection 7(3) of the Employment Insurance Act.

[2]                Accordingly, the application for judicial review will be dismissed without costs.
