ROTHSTEIN J.A.
[1] We see no error in how the learned Trial Judge dealt with costs in these matters. The result in the appeal confirms our view.
[2] The appeals will be dismissed with one set of costs in favour of The Wellcome Foundation Limited and Glaxo Wellcome Inc. payable equally by Apotex Inc. and Novopharm Ltd.
