REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
(Delivered from the Bench at Ottawa, Ontario, on December 1, 2009.)
[1] Despite the able submissions of counsel for the applicant, we have not been persuaded that it was unreasonable for the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to conclude that the applicant’s complaint was filed outside the 10-day time limit prescribed by section 6(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, SOR/93-602. For that reason this application will be dismissed, in the circumstances without costs.
