                Whereas on April 8, 2002, the Court sent to the parties the Judgment and Reasons for Judgment dated April 5, 2002, in the above case;

                Whereas an error appeared in paragraph [17] of the Reasons for Judgment;

                The said paragraph [17] is hereby amended by substituting the word "contributes" for the word "constitutes" at line 2.
